U-Pick Tomatoes

We offer gorgeous tomatoes this 2022 season to our Rulfs u-pickers for just $20 per bushel. Check in with us at the store upon your arrival and you’ll receive half bushel bags to fill and directions on where to go to pick!  

U-pick tomato fields open around the end of August (as always, weather depending!) and the season lasts until mid October. 

During tomato u-pick season our field hours are 7AM-3PM, stop in the store for your bag and directions.

Note: To protect the integrity of the food we grow, please leave your dogs at home when planning to u-pick at Rulfs.‍

Tomato picking tips

1. Grasp a ripened tomato gently and firmly. Twist it until it snaps off the vine.
2. You can also use a garden clippers or knife to harvest tomatoes. If doing so, cut the stem close to the fruit.‍
